Come previsto nel Piano Nazionale di Prevenzione, la salute delle persone e dell’ambiente deve essere il principio guida di tutte le politiche, inclusa quella della mobilità e dei trasporti.
Per queste ragioni la strada più inquinante del Comune di Bologna deve essere oggetto di un monitoraggio continuo dei livelli di inquinamento con centraline fisse installate lungo il tracciato e inserite nel sistema di rilevamento di Arpae. Sulla base di questi dati deve essere condotta un’indagine epidemiologica per caratterizzare lo stato di salute della popolazione residente a prescindere dall’esito del progetto di allargamento, sul quale è comunque indispensabile eseguire una Valutazione di Impatto Sanitario (VIS).
Tutto ciò premesso, molto preoccupati per la salute nostra e soprattutto di quella delle fasce più deboli della popolazione come bambini e anziani, noi cittadini del Comune e dell’Area metropolitana di Bologna firmatari di questa petizione,
CHIEDIAMO
al Sindaco di Bologna;- di effettuare il monitoraggio continuo della qualità dell’aria per la durata di almeno un anno tramite specifiche centraline fisse integrate nel sistema regionale di rilevamento di ARPAE, installate lungo il percorso dell’attuale sistema tangenziale/autostrada secondo i criteri fissati dalle vigenti norme;
- di eseguire una approfondita ricerca epidemiologica per una valutazione degli effetti tossicologici dell'aria prelevata in prossimità dell'asse nei 10 anni pregressi;
- di rendere pubblici tutti i dati del monitoraggio dell’aria e della ricerca epidemiologica, condividendoli con un comitato di monitoraggio indicato dai cittadini.
- di NON PROCEDERE all’approvazione e/o autorizzazione del progetto definitivo del Passante di Bologna presentato dalla società Autostrade per l’Italia senza aver valutato questi dati.
